Question on scrollbar in text widget
Yesterday I saw the discussion on doing the scrollbar for tags so I setup my blogroll using the scrollbar. I have 4 custom menus and thought I would those in one also – 3 of the subjects will have future posts so I thought that would be a good way to limit the size. I use the Twenty Eleven theme & the custom menus have bullets in front – is there a way to get a bullet in the text on the scrollbar? I think it looks nicer especially on the ones with a long title that wraps. I changed 2 of the menus so far. My blog is at http://kellywpa.wordpress.com/ The scrollbars are all in the bottom section.
My other question is, is there a way to do the scrollbar for recent posts & recent comments?
The blog I need help with is kellywpa.wordpress.com.
is there a way to do the scrollbar for recent posts & recent comments?
You’re welcome. I’m sorry the answer wasn’t the one you wanted to hear.
Actually, I had a feeling that would be the answer but I won’t know for sure if I don’t ask. I really appreciate your help – I have learned a lot from reading your posts!
It’s great to hear that you find what you need to learn in it. You just made my day. :)
P.S. Would you please enter the OP of this thread and mark it “resolved”?
Just reading thru self really helps – I never would have known about the scrollbars. I am glad I made your day – we all need days like that!
Before I mark it resolved, do you know if it is possible to do the bullets (since it was a 2 part question). Sorry!
Timethief, I can put an asterik and that will work. Thanks again!
Yay! You found a solution while I had a cup of tea. :)
I am not sure why I didn’t think of it before. Thanks again for your help!
