Add topic to favorites
How can I add new widgets to my blog in general. Not make public widgets that I already contain, but download new ones that can add different features to my blog?

for example, I want a widget that will allow me to restrict content on a specific page of my blog. I want a pop-up to automatically come up when a user tries to access that specific blocked page so that they are required to enter contact info before proceeding and reviewing the content on that page. Maybe I’m way off on this idea and no such widget exists, but I figured I would try to see if there was anything out there like this regardless.

Unfortunately, we don’t have any widgets specifically like what you’ve described, and new widgets cannot be added on WordPress.com.
