"read more" option?

  I have done some searching, but have not seen definitively whether the option to have the front page show posts as a summary, or partial post, with the “read more” option is only available for certain themes, or if it is called something that I am missing.

  I have browsed through many of the themes, and only found one that previewed this feature, but in the list of attributes below the theme, there was no mention of this feature.

  Any help is much appreciated.
