Yes, I posted on the forums about this as well awhile back and have yet to get any response. It has affected all my browsers. I have done all the suggestions that their generic suggestions suggest. I have installed other browsers to see if it would work with a fresh install of something new to no avail. So I have something like 6 different browsers installed now and the reader does not work for me in any of them. This all started after the latest dashboard update. So whatever it is is a common file/issue that all browsers use.
