Readers unable to Comment

  1. Some users have been unable to comment since yesterday around 4pm Pacific Time. I've read through the forums, but see nothing from staff that clearly spells out what changed.

  3. I'm logged in, and still can't comment (or like). When I click the WordPress icon to comment using my login, I get this error:
    That email address is associated with an existing account, please log in to use it.
    To clarify, I am already logged in when I see this, reading the blog from the "read blogs" tab.

  4. I'm sorry you are experiencing that. You will be able to contact Staff on Monday:

    Support will be closed over the weekend. We will reopen on Monday morning, March 19th.

  5. Hello, my users are unable to leave a comment on my blog. The comment box is not showing up when my users click on "comment."

  6. aneto6, please edit the post in question and then go down to the "Discussion" panel. Check the box that says "Allow comments." You may need to check all old posts to see if comments are disabled on them. You can read more on commenting settings here.
