  2. Here you can see all your transactions > Dashboard > Store > Billing History For each one you can view a receipt, print it, or get it automatically sent to the email address we have on record for you.

  3. Yes, but it was never sent. I went to my transactions and it says no billing history. Is there a way to pull a receipt based on a transaction #?

    I really appreciate your help. It a work blog and I need to get my purchase processed.

  4. The user who purchased the upgrade will need to re-send the receipt from the Store -> My Upgrades section of the blog's Dashboard.

    Please note that only the user who purchased the upgrade can send the receipt.
