Hi msjacobi195,
I have forgotten my password, and no longer have the email associated with the account.
Can you confirm which domain you need our help with?
If you let me know, we can look at the next steps.
Thanks!

Hi msjacobi195,
Thanks — poemotherapishoppe.com was purchased using a different account. Please login as mrsjacoby19 and you should see the option to renew the domain through the Manage Purchases page in that account.
Let me know if you have any problems.

Hi, thanks my user name is mrsjacoby19. I have forgotten my password. The email address that is associated with the account, I no longer have it. I didn’t know of any other way to reset the password when I no longer had the email that originally went to the account. I can’t get inside the account to update email and phone number.

Hi msjacobi195,
I was still having issues with logging in to poemotherapishoppe.com with my user name Mrsjacoby19. I have forgotten the password. I no longer have the email address originally created with the account.
If you are unable to login to that account or access the email address, please fill out the Account Recovery form:
Part of that form requires you to provide proof of account ownership. If you don’t have an activation URL, a transaction ID will be your best bet — this guide explains how to find that information.
Once we have verified you are the account owner, we’ll be happy to look at your domain.
Come back to me if you have any questions.

Hello, yes Ma’am, today I was granted access to the original Google email address, I used to create the WordPress blog. I went through resetting the password. It signed me in using the original Google account. However, it did not take me to poemotherapishoppe.com.
Instead, it created what looked like a new platform that needs to be set up again. It is only giving me a SMS (text message) option to recover the account. Whereas, on yesterday I was given the email and text message option. I used the email option, but it is not working correctly. None of my purchase information is there. Thank you Ma’am, I’ll try the other options given. Thanks again for all your help.

Hi @msjacobi195, the address on that account is not actually a Google address. Can you check your other addresses that you may have used?
As another option, since you own an upgrade, we can confirm your account by transaction ID. If you can access that, let us know and we’ll email you privately to get it from you (do not post it here.)
Here’s how to find it:

Hello, @supernovia thank you so much. I apologize for that mix up. I appreciate you both for all the information. That would certainly explain why I’m not accessing the blog. I can try to get copies of that transaction. How do I email this information to you?
Also, I have a copy of a subscription key that was used. How do I get this information to you?
Also, I have a Linked In, a Twitter account, and a Gmail account to verify that I did post from poemotherapishoppe to these sites.
