Hello! I used to own the username ‘grayslim’ and changed it to ‘ohaiviera’ and now it’s just ‘glytchii’ to just keep the blog available, and now I can’t seem to recover ‘grayslim’ and would like to know how to go about doing that. It keeps telling me the username exists, but I can’t seem to find it on any WordPress forums or blogs. Please let me know what I can do to recover the name and blog. Thank you!
    Blog url: http://glytchii.wordpress.com/

The blog I need help with is glytchii.wordpress.com.

You can’t “recover” it. We have people here blithely changing usernames and changing blog addresses who are not reading the instructions carefully.

Once you change your username you will not be able to change it back and the old name will not be available for anyone else to use. http://en.support.wordpress.com/change-your-username/

    7. The final option presented on this screen allows you to discard your current address. This option will permanently disable the address and you will not be able to reuse it. Only select this option if you are sure you will not use the address again. If you want to redirect traffic to the new blog, you can keep the address and purchase the Site Redirect upgrade.
