Reducing Space between Title and Main Body Text

I’m using the Twenty Eleven theme and have most of the coding figured out. I just can’t figure out how to change the padding between the Title and Content on the landing pages. I would like to reduce the white space between the two.

Also, is there a way to reduce the size of the facebook widget in the sidebar? I would like to make the box where the photos are showing, wider and shorter.
