Reducing space between widget header and content

I just set up a WP blog using Twenty Twelve. I’m not too fluent in .css but have successfully made most of the tweaks I wanted.

However, one thing I would like to do but haven’t figured out is how to reduce the huge amount of space between sidebar widget headings and the links beneath them.

Any help doing this would be greatly appreciated!

P.S.: I did some searching to see whether this had already been addressed, and I didn’t find anything. If I missed something, please direct me to the answer and accept my apologies.

My apologies; apparently this needs to go in a different forum entirely, as my WP blog is on a private site. Sorry!

For Twenty Twelve questions on sites not setup here at WordPress.com, the correct forum is http://wordpress.org/support/theme/twentytwelve
