From looking at your account I can see you cancelled your Premium plan. Is this the plan you were referring to?
Cancelling the plan only triggered a partial refund so I have refunded the remainder to you.
Refunds usually take about a week to process and show up on your statement — although it can take a little longer if you live outside of the US. You can view, print or email yourself a copy of the refund receipt from your Billing History here:
