    Refund usually takes about 10 business days.

    Hi there,

    The only processed refund that I see under your account was from back in October. I see that some subscriptions were inactivated, but there was no refund processed since those upgrades were well over 30 days old.

    What upgrades were you supposed to be refunded for?

    Let me know and I will look further into this for you.

    I was dissapointed to discover that i could not upload a theme which i purchased due to my WordPress subscription. I therefore have no use for my wordpress subscription and was not able to use it. Could you please provide a refund and cancel my subscription.
