    Hi! I would like a refund on the personal subscription and domain mapping. I also cannot figure out how to unmap my domain and shut down my account. Please help.

    Refund policy is spelled out here:

    Deleting an account-
    WordPress accounts cannot be deleted, however you can delete the website, and deactivate your account.

    The username itself won’t be deleted but your personal information can be removed.

    Unmaping Domain-
    I will tag this a “modlook” for a staff member to help with the unmapping of the domain name.
    Be patient please while they take it up from me.

    @wendytran1092 The link provided above about account deactivation does now say:

    Starting on May 25, 2018, you’ll be able to close your account.

    Your account is two months old. Is the upgrade within the 30 day refund window? What is the name of the domain you need unmapping? As @abhishekshahji says he has alerted staff to assist (but I can’t see a modlook tag) I have now added one.



    @wendytran1092 I was able to refund your personal plan, and I can see you’ve already removed mapping. Your domain does not point here.
