    I requested a refund on the same day I mistakenly ordered the Premium upgrade. I have not received any confirmation of a refund. Please confirm that my Premium upgrade subscription was refunded in full! If you had a phone number, I’d call it!

    Provided you are logged in under the same username account that purchased the upgrades, you ought to be able to request a refund from your Dashboard > Store > My Upgrades and you can see your billing history at Dashboard > Store > Billing History

    WordPress.com provides a 30-day refund on all upgrades except Domain Registrations, Domain Renewals, http://en.support.wordpress.com/domain-mapping/cancel-domain/ and Guided Transfers.

    Note: It takes from 1 – 2 weeks for the refund to be received.

    On March 11, 2014, you purchased the premium bundle, and registered a domain as part of your bundle. Because domains can only be refunded for 48 hours, I would be happy to remove the bundle and issue you a refund on the purchase minus the cost of the domain veejayvapors.com. This means you would be able to keep your domain either on WordPress.com or you could point it to another hosting provider.

    Would that be acceptable?

    Yes, please. I would like a refund for the purchase minus the cost of the domain. I want to keep the domain. It was on 3/11/14 that I requested the refund. Can you please refund the appropriate amount?

    While WordPress is a fantastic product for many, I have changed my plans for website development and do not need the Premium Upgrade.
    It was on on 3/11/14 that I initially requested the refund and appreciate the full refund of the Upgrade minus the cost of the domain purchase.

    I have removed the Premium upgrade and refunded you $81, which should appear in your account within a few days.

    You still retain the domain veejayvapors.com, which you can use on your WordPress.com site or transfer to another site or to another registrar as you wish.
