  5. Thank you. I wish WordPresses Custom Design was different, they need to make it simpler for people like me. I'm used to Graphics programs like PhotoShop, FreeHand, and Paint Shop Pro, or HTML. This CSS and Custom Design is beyond me.

  9. I have had a similar experience where I requested a refund within 10 minutes of my purchase and I have not heard back from anyone. I have sent three requests with no response. I received a receipt the following day confirming my purchase, but nothing confirming my refund. Please help. Thank you in advance..

  11. with respect to you, you can label my posts as "rabbit hoppting" if you choose, but when you are ignored for three days, it becomes a bit frustrating and I simply wanted to make sure that my request was being attended to. Thank you for your assistance, however, I truly do appreciate it.
