Refund: Automatic renewal

    My wordpress blog is no longer active and I do not intend to blog anymore in the near future. I am really sorry that I missed the email about automatic renewal, I just noticed that you have charged my credit card with US$30! I am requesting a refund, I have no intention of paying for extra services anymore (since I don’t even use my blog right now)!

    What do I need to do in order to get a refund? I have disabled automatic renewal on my account now. Do I have to inactivate some more features on my account?

    If you find it necessary, I can also delete my blog. As long as I get a refund of the US$30. Hope that I can get them back ASAP.

    You must be logged in under the username account that purchased the upgrade to request cancellation or a refund. provides a 30-day refund on all of our upgrades except Domain Registrations, Domain Renewals, and Guided Transfers. You can request a refund yourself directly from the Store section of your Dashboard


    I did not find a way to request a refund from my Dashboard… It says:

    “Just in case you’re not happy with your upgrade we offer a limited refund on newly purchased upgrades.
    – New domain registrations will be refunded if requested within 2 days.
    – Domain renewals are non-refundable.
    – Most other upgrades can be fully refunded within 30 days of purchase.

    You can use the “Cancel” button on My Upgrades if available or Contact support if you want to request a refund.”

    So how do I contact the Support? :)
