Hi, domain auto renewed and charged and I didn’t want it to. Followed refund options which say I can’t contact staff until the 19th, but I have to put refund in within 48 hours. How do I get a refund?

Thanks, that’s appreciated! Will be patient but concerned that if they don’t respond within 48 hours I will lose the money and keep a domain I don’t use. We shall see, definitely turning auto renew off next time!
I havent used my Domain and would like a full refund. How do I go about this?
I stopped using it within it a month and assumed it would not auto renew without confirmation on my part. I did not want to renew.
Also not looking for a full refund, just a refund on the unwanted automatic renewal.
Do you want to keep the domain youarethewolf.com or do you no longer need it? Once a domain has been cancelled there is no guarantee you will be able to get it back again. For this reason, we only recommend cancelling youarethewolf.com if you are sure you won’t need it again in the future.
If you are happy for me to go ahead and cancel the domain, just reply to confirm and I’ll issue a refund.

Refunds usually take 7-14 business days appear on your statement, although international refunds (outside the US) can take a little longer.
