Have you looked in the premium support forum for Luscious? There is a link in your dashboard near the top of appearance > themes near where it shows which theme you are using. There should be some documentation there, and everything works, it is just a matter of getting the process right.
In the “store” in your dashboard, scroll down to where it shows the upgrades you have purchased and there should be a link there to request a refund on the theme.
