The account you are contacting us from doesn’t own any upgraded WordPress.com sites. Can you send a link to the domain you would like a refund for? Please don’t share any transaction IDs here as these forums are a public place, a site link is all I need for now.
You could also try logging in using the email address your purchase receipt was sent to and cancelling the upgrade from the Manage Purchases page in that account.
