    I was not aware there was an auto renewal

    No worries, you have 30 days to cancel and get a refund for any plan and 96h for a registered domain. That being said, we can still help you to get your subscriptions refunded.

    However, I can see you have already opened a dispute with PayPal – we won’t be able to refund you while it’s ongoing. Please cancel the dispute and let us know here so we can proceed with the refund on our end.

    It looks like our payment processor has already dismissed your dispute as invalid, so we’re now able to refund you. To do this will require us to cancel your domain,

    Cancelled domains are not released immediately, and it can take anything from a few days to over a year before a cancelled domain becomes available again, if at all. You should never cancel a domain that you still want to use, as there’s no guarantee that you’ll be able to use it again somewhere else in future.

    Please confirm if we should cancel and refund both the plan and domain, or if you prefer to keep the domain and only refund the plan.
