Refund for Upgrade - Purchased on Wrong Account

  1. I recently created a wordpress account using the incorrect email address. When I created the account, I paid $99 for the upgrade. I need to transfer the paid upgrade to the REAL account or receive a refund so that I may repurchase under the correct account.

    I've requested a refund under the account with the incorrect account, but my fear is that WordPress is replying to the bad email address. PLEASE HELP!

  5. It looks like your replies were being marked as spam, sorry about that. I've just unspammed them.

    I've just switched the Value Bundle over to under the user dancowling.

  8. I'm not sure what's triggering this, but you might want to fill out the inquiry form over at Akismet, our anti-spam service:

    Type the word "spam" into the box, and a form will appear with further instructions. Be sure to let them know your username (dancowling) and that your comments in the forum are being marked as spam, and they'll have a look at what might be the problem.

    You might also mention that your second user account - dcowling - is not having the same problem.
