refund on cancelled site

    I see no Upgrades on your account. Is it possible they will bought with another account? Please list the account name which you would like help with. Thanks.

  4. To give a little more detail: still exists as a site - though does not show up on my blogs page. I want to cancel it, but cannot as it is no longer listed when I log in... very strange.
    While there is no activity shown on my account at all, I was charged $99 USD on July 15. A refund was requested within 24 hrs, and was promised - but has not shown up on my credit card since that time.
