Refund over the holidays

  1. Hi, I just upgraded by paying $17 (registering and mapping of domain) but I would like to cancel and refund this.
    I was told we only have 48 hours to cancel but they are now closed for the do I go ahead and cancel and refund? Can a staff please help me? Thanks
