Refund please

  1. Please can I have a refund on premium theme Duet ($68) which I am not now using. Thanks.

  3. Yeah, that wasn't Duet. That was Gridspace. I need a refund on both.

    I wanted to replace my Duet (recently bought) with Gridspace (brand new). So I bought Gridspace with a view to cancelling Duet. Turns out Gridspace needs more pics than my blog has, so decided to cancel both for now. They're both great themes I just have an awkward-to-place blog. I have the refund for Gridspace but not Duet yet.

    Sorry, I am not having a great day with my themes.

    I need to cancel my premium package and have it removed from my wordpress account asap. It is preventing me from transferring a theme that I have already put a lot of hours and time into. I didn't know it would do that when I purchased it. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

  9. specmotorsports, your bundle included a domain registration.

    Unfortunately, we can only refund the domain registration portion within 48 hours.

    If you'd like, I can cancel and refund the rest of the bundle for $73.

    As for the domain, if we cancel the domain, it can take up to several weeks, and we can't guarantee that your domain will be available to you again once canceled.

    If you want to keep using your domain but you don't want to use anymore, you don't have to cancel it.

    Instead, you can move the domain another site, using the Domain Administration tool under Store > Domains, at the bottom of the page.
