Refund request

  1. Hi, I was wondering if I would be able to receive a refund for my recent purchase of domain name, as this site does not provide the functionality I am looking for, and I would like to move my online presence elsewhere. I purchased these services around 3 p.m. on 29 May 2011 (Sydney, Australia time). I see from your support page that I am eligible for this refund if contacting you within two days of purchase (it's now 5:30 p.m. 29 May 2011). I tried using the contact us form but it is not available and I was directed to the forums for my inquiry. Thanks!

  3. Note to anyone else reading this: While the contact form is closed, send an email to [email redacted] . However, use the contact form instead if it's open.
