  1. I purchased a domain name and would like to be refunded in accordance with the 48 hour refund displayed next to the purchase details. I'm very sorry to bother you, but this is all very new and overwhelming for me.

  2. You can cancel an upgrade and request a refund (if within the refund period) directly from the My Upgrades page.

    Underneath each upgrade on the My Upgrades page you will find a “Cancel” button which when pressed will bring up a dialog box.
