Remove domain mapping as blog is down

  1. Please remove domain mapping to sadhumaharaj.com so that my blog and admin starts loading again as I have downgraded from business to free for now. The blog is giving this error presently due to the defunt domain mapping:

Error: the domain you requested can not be served at this time. An error report has already been sent to the technical team. Please try again in ten minutes.

I thought it should happen automatically. It shows a ten minutes time but I have been waiting for more than 24 hours now. Awaiting your fix. Thanks in advance.

The blog I need help with is sadhumaharaj.wordpress.com.

  2. Error: the domain you requested can not be served at this time. An error report has already been sent to the technical team. Please try again in ten minutes.

  3. Have you used the appropriate process found here at Canceling and Refunding Purchases https://en.support.wordpress.com/manage-purchases/#canceling-and-refunding-purchases to cancel the upgrade?

  4. Unfortunately I did not remove my domain name as the primary domain before cancelling. So I am not able to access both the front end and admin now. And it is already done and I have got back my refund now. I can't see my primary domain to remove now. I hope someone listens and fixes it for me. I hope you give service to your free bloggers too. I have one premium plan too. Your service was great when we are paid suscribers but when we move to the free plan, would you not even fix it for us?

  5. Please remove the primary domain from your end as I can't remove it now. It is what is preventing access to both my admin and front-end of my wordpress.com blog. Thanks.

  6. Hi sadhumaharaj,

Please remove domain mapping to sadhumaharaj.com so that my blog and admin starts loading again

In order for us to remove domain mapping fully, please set the name servers for sadhumaharaj.com back to WordPress.com:

    https://en.support.wordpress.com/map-existing-domain/#2-ask-your-domain-provider-to-update-your-dns-settings

Let me know when you've done so and I will make the necessary changes on our end once they've propagated. After I've done that, the name servers can be updated to pointed somewhere else.

    Thanks!
