Remove Linked Blogs (Hosted WP) Reference from WordPress.com Account

  How I can remove 2 self hosted WordPress reference from my WordPress.com account? Few years back, I worked on these 2 WP sites. Now, I really don’t want them in my WordPress.com account. Please help.

  URLs are
  – http://articles.themedwriters.com/
  – http://www.mytechshelf.com/

  The blog I need help with is articles.themedwriters.com.
