    I’m attempting to remove the Purpose heading on the Purpose page.

    I was successful in removing the About heading on the About page by adding “.post-94 h1.entry-title {display:none;} through the CSS editor. Why doesn’t this remove the Purpose heading on the Purpose page?

    Thank you very much!

    The blog I need help with is stock-market-perspectives.com.

    Purpose page belongs to a different class (post-254). So modify your existing rule to include the post-254 selector as following:

    .post-94 h1.entry-title, .post-254 h1.entry-title {display:none;}

    Hello chaitanyamsv,

    Thank you very much for your response. I’ve attempted to make the change that you suggested but it did not work. (Possibly because I deleted the purpose page and added another or because I edited the page – honestly I’ve lost track of the changes made while trying to arrive at a fix.)

    Given the above, where and/or how can I find what class (post- number) the current page is so that I can make the proper CSS entry?

    Thank you very much!

    You can find the right page or post ID by looking in the address bar while you’re editing the page:

    https://stockmarketperspectives.wordpress.com/wp-admin/post.php?post=331&action=edit

    You can also find it by viewing the browser source and looking for the body tag:

    <body class="page page-id-331 page-template page-template-full-width-page page-template-full-width-page-php logged-in admin-bar no-customize-support mp6 typekit-enabled two-column content-sidebar theme-menu-maximized highlander-enabled highlander-light custom-colors">

    In this case you can see that you need to target this class with your CSS:

    .page-id-331

    Just let us know if you get stuck.
