Remove Sidebar from Pages of Hatch theme

  1. I do not want a side bar on my pages. I'm using Hatch and I cannot figure out how to remove the Search feature, Archives and Meta. I just want my content to show up, no stuff on the side. Any help please?

The blog I need help with is

  2. In your admin, go to Appearance > Widget, here you can remove the widgets from your site (see the right side of the screen).

  3. Yes! I've been there. And when I put a widget in the sidebar, only that widget will show up, but if I put no widgets in there, the search, archives, and meta show back up. I don't know how to get rid of them because they don't show up in the Widgets area! Any other ideas?

  4. You don't need CSS editing: you just edit the pages and select the no-sidebar template.

  5. I had no idea that was an option! I just found it, thank you so much!

  6. You're welcome!

Same issue here. Just where is the "no side-bar" template option located on the Dashboard? Please help a newbie...thanks.

  8. @morninggloryinn: The blog linked to your username is not a blog.

This is true. I am hoping to develop a blog (web page) of garden photos to link from our
    Morning Glory Inn website.
I was able to do that with a
    "Dining Guide".

Just thought "Hatch" would be a good theme for photos.

Simply want to lose the side-bar. Your thoughts?

  10. Link to the blog in question please.
