There is no response to the question asked at this link: https://en.forums.wordpress.com/topic/remove-page-names-on-page?replies=3.

I have the same problem, i.e., I would like to know how to remove the name of a Page I set up from my blog’s site.

Hope to hear from you soon. Thx.

    Eric

The blog I need help with is blockandpatterntrading.wordpress.com.

Please paste the exact URL of your blog when asking questions here – or link your nickname to your blog as explained in the Sticky 8 Things to Know. We usually need that to give a relevant answer.

Remove the page name from where?

    My URL is : http://blockandpatterntrading.wordpress.com/

I created a Main (home) page but the word, “Main”, displays as well as the page content itself. How can I delete the word, “Main”?

    Thx again.

Er, by deleting the word “Main” from the title box of the page…

I already knew that; you have stated the obvious!

When I delete the word, “Main”, the title of my page is then listed as, “(no title)” in the Pages section of the Dashboard.

Your sarcastic response implies there are only two alternatives: I must either name a page & have that name appear on the page itself, or leave the page unnamed, in which case, “(no title)” will be the name of the page in the Dashboard, but the page name will not be displayed.

The “p” in your username apparently stands for “patience.” I venture to guess, this is why some animals eat their young.

Rudeness is uncalled for. Did you try it? It actually works with your theme.

@tess: That’s no rudeness – that’s pure (and amusing) delirium.
