Removing Private Registration
I recieved this message. There was a problem removing the Private Registration upgrade from your domain. Please try again or contact support if the issue continues.

Do you want to remove the private registration of cityskinnylife.com ? Note that it’s not possible to get a refund for this because it was renewed a couple of months ago.
I can also disable the auto-renewal on your Private Registration, so it’ll expire automatically at 2013-10-17.

I’m trying to transfer my domain to GoDaddy so that I have more flexibility about where I want to point it in the future.
That being said, I think it would be fine for you to remove it. It’s ok if I don’t get the refund.
The private registration upgrade has been removed. This guide explains how to transfer the domain name to another registrar.
In the domain manager the “contact” button is greyed out, so I can’t update my contact info in order to get the “authorization code.”

I successfull transferred my domain to GoDaddy and pointed it to the site I’d like to point it to. However it’s still showing up when I go to store and then domains — which is creating a bug and redirecting my domain which I have pointed somewhere else to my old site that I have made private.
Can you look into this?

Thanks so much for all of your support on this. On one of my computers I get this message when I go to cityskinnylife.com: Warning! Domain mapping upgrade for this domain not found. Please log in and go to the Domains Upgrades page of your blog to use this domain.
I’m thinking it’s only my main computer where i made all of the changes, but I need to be sure readers aren’t happening across this message too. I’ve checked everything with regards to my domain and it’s all working find with the new registrar — it seems to be something on the WordPress end.
Can you please look into this?

DNS changes might take up to 72 hours to fully propagate. Please give it another try later.
