    Bonjour, comment puis je remplacer la photo qui est actuellement à l’accueil du site que je suis en train de créer ?
    Comment puis je changer de template si celui la ne convient pas ?

    The photo you are referring to is the Featured Image. To change it, go to Site Pages and select the page you want to change. Then click on Featured Image in the right sidebar to set a new featured image.

    To change your theme, go to My Sites -> Themes and you will see various themes to choose from. Select a theme and if you like it, you can choose to activate it.

    Adding on the top of thabotswana2013’s suggestion.

    I see two images on your WordPress.com site.

    One image (the long edge-to-edge banner-like image) is the featured image that you have set to one of your pages, and you can change or remove it using the instructions shared by him.

    As for the other image, that’s your logo and you can configure it on the Site Identity section of your WordPress.com Customizer.
