Renew domain

    The renewal must be done by the original account that purchased the upgrade.

    I will flag this for the staff to check on the original account that purchased the original upgrade.

  4. No. The original user no longer works here so the email address is invalid. I'm in contact with them and we're trying to switch it over to me...

  5. You'll need to be logged in as the user who owns the domain in order to renew it.

    Alternatively, that user could request that I transfer ownership of the domain to your account.

    The domain did expire today, but you should have about a week to renew it without additional fees. Once a domain expires, it becomes the property of our registrar partner, so we don't have control over the exact time table.
