    Just checked the details of your domain. Your domain is in Redemption period. You will probably have to pay an additional charge to register the domain with you again. The charge usually depends on the service providers. You could check with your service provider directly or we can check , one of our happiness engineer would provide you details of the charges in order to get it re registered with you. Also the other option is chances are your domain would be available after the redemption period which is usually 30 to 35 days then you can purchase it on a normal price if there are no other buyers.

    The availability depends on service providers between 30 or 35 days.

    Adding the 'modlook' tag will flag a thread for staff attention.

    I've confirmed that is in redemption. I'll be happy to start the process of recovering the domain. There is an additional $80 charge that is billed by our domain partner to recover a domain from redemption. Please confirm that you agree to pay that charge and I'll get the process started.

    You should have an email from me. It outlines the redemption process and also has a payment link for the redemption fee + domain registration for the year.

    I've also sent a note to our domain partner already asking that the domain be restored. I should hear back from them within 48 hours and will give you an update asap.
