    I can’t see the renew domain button

    The blog I need help with is



    Are you logged in as the account that purchased the domain name? – Upgrades can only be renewed by the owner of the Upgrade – do you have any other account names?


    Hi there,

    First of all I want to say sorry because I wrote just a few words about my problem, so here it’s the whole explanation:

    When I try to renew my expired domain name, I am helpfully told that I can renew it by clicking on the “renew” button and that if I cannot find the “renew” button I should contact support immediately. Therefore, I came here to contact support immediately but I only wrote a few words, so here I am again, sorry for the inconvenience and thanks a lot for your time.

    I want to give WordPress my $18 to renew the domain, but I am finding it nearly impossible to find a way to do so.

    I received an email that says that I have 10 days to renew it, so I am eager to pay it.

    I am the owner of the Upgrade, and I am logged in as the account that purchased the domain name, the problem is that I can’t find the “renew” button : (

    Excuse the simple question – are you going to:

    Dashboard >> Store >> My Upgrades >> you should see two options – Enable Auto-Renew and Renew Now

    Also look at the Billing History

    Just in case I have flagged this for staff attention (they can look at your account – I can’t) – but they are in a big company meet-up and there a lot of flagged threads



    It looks like you were already able to renew this. Are you still having trouble?
