Renew Expired Domain

    Hello – my domain recently expired and I’m trying to get it back up ASAP as my company email is completely down until I can administrate the DNS (email is hosted through Outlook 365 exchange servers). I tried to renew it by paying with my CC but it appears that since it’s already expired, I needed to submit a ticket. It’s been 24 hours and I have yet to receive a response. Is there a way this can be escalated? My entire is at a near standstill until I can get my email back up.

    Hi there,

    Your domain is currently in redemption, and an extra $80 has to be paid to restore it to your account. I went ahead and created a payment request so we can start the process of recovering your domain. Please click on the following link to pay the required fees:

    Thanks Andrew – Pam was able to assist with getting our main domain (cleanelementsolutions.com) back online so we are good to go for now. I appreciate the follow-up, though!
