Renew Subscription

  1. I'm seeing a message saying Subscription Status Expired when I try and renew my annual subscription, alongside the message is a button saying Please Contact Support To Renew This Product.

    When I click the button it brings me here to the public forums, which is probably not the best place to find someone to take a credit card payment.

    Are there any WordPress staff with a credit card machine reading this?

  2. You can't do credit cards in the forum and I don't think any staff members take payments - only through their payment portal.

    What is the domain name you want to renew?

    I have flagged this for staff attention

    That was kind of a sarcastic joke about a help button on the payments system directing users to the public forums. I'm not going to be putting my credit card details on here, don't worry!
