Renewal of upgrades not showing up in store section

  1. I received an email to renew upgrades. When I go to the store tab, the upgrades do not show up also nothing shows in my billing history. Can someone please tell me where and who I need to contact to get this resolved ASAP as my renewal is expiring soon. Thank you!

  2. You need to be logged in as the EXACT account / user that bought / owns the upgrade - do you have another account that you might have used?

  3. I did log in as the exact account user. I do have multiple sites under one umbrella and neither sites have upgrades information. I need a contact number to get this resolved ASAP.

  4. You must be logged in under the exact same username account that registered any blog to access it and renew any upgrades the Admin of the blog purchased.
