Renewed my domain — and nothing

  1. We renewed our domain last week and received confirmation from PayPal. But now the domain has expired anyway. What's up with that? (And what's up with 10 days of no user support?)

    Send all your Paypal transaction details to Support. I see no 2009 activity yet.

  6. Thanks, Mark. How do I send my details "to support"? Is there an email address? a page? The "contact support" says you're still unavailable.
