Reprint Receipt

  1. I need to reprint my receipt for the domain name and matching that I purchased this month. How can I find the receipt?

    Please note this > Dashboard > Store > My Upgrades, allowe us to manage all upgrades from a single spot. I'll flag this thread for Staff attention.

  3. Unless you've changed your account email address since purchasing the domain name, the receipt would've been sent to the email address associated with the account, which is listed in the Settings tab on the home page.

    If you needs us to resend it to that email address, let me know!

  6. Thank you for the help - but the spam blockers on my work email must have blocked your email.

    I've updated my email address to a gmail account - could you resend the receipt again, please?
