Request of Refund
I’ve contacted WordPress numerous times with no response. I bought a theme that didn’t work for what I needed it to do. Never used it because of this. Would like a refund. Am very disappointed that something as simple as this isn’t being taken care of quickly and efficiently.

You have never bought anything from us on WordPress.com, and this forum thread is the first time you’ve ever contacted our support.
Your site is currently using a theme called Gold Essentials. That appears to be a free theme available at https://wordpress.org/themes/gold-essentials/. The support forum for that theme can be found at https://wordpress.org/support/theme/gold-essentials
I don’t know what theme you bought, but you definitely did not buy it from us, so we cannot help you with this. Please contact the theme shop where you bought the particular theme directly.
