Request Refund

  1. My blog was deactivated just a short while after purchasing. I tried the contact support link and they are down until tomorrow. How on earth can one request a refund in a timely fashion with such an issue?

  2. What exactly where you expecting a refund for please? provides a 30-day refund on all of our upgrades except Domain Registrations, Domain Renewals, and Guided Transfers. You can request the refund yourself directly from your Dashboard. You can use the "Cancel and Refund" button.

    1. New domain registrations will be refunded if requested within 2 days.
    2. Domain renewals are non-refundable.
    3. Most other upgrades can be fully refunded within 30 days of purchase.

  3. There is no cancel and refund button... When I paid the $25.00 it said I had 2 days to request a full refund. I am now requesting that refund since the blog was deactivated.

  7. Are you talking about the blog linked to your username? It's up and running as far as I can see, although you may want to remove the affiliate links on your links page to keep it that way.

    I have Domain mapping also____much less than 30 day.
    I was sent an email from a "happiness engineer" saying no refund.
    May you flag this for staff attention?
