    I don’t receive the E-mail with the requested transfer code. When I’m try it again, i see this error: ‘Oops! Something went wrong and your request could not be processed. Please try again or Contact Support if you continue to have trouble.’

    It’s all about the domain which i want to transfer to antagonist.

    I see that you purchased the domain on April 3rd, 2014. Please note that according to ICANN, a newly registered domain cannot be transferred for 60 days:

    I have re-enabled the lock and private registration for your domain.

    Meanwhile, you can point the domain you registered at to another server (hosting service), with these steps:

    You’ll need to obtain the name server values from your current host. You should be able to find them on their support documentation, or contact them and ask for the information. (Name servers may be referred as “nameservers” or “NS records” instead.)
