Requesting a refund of my payment

    I’m Rupa Shankar from India. I am writing to request your help. I am in the process of creating a web portfolio and had been exploring suitable options. I was recommended to go forward with WordPress, it was recommended as one of the best platforms to create and host it. However, unfortunately, I was misguided into booking a domain (value bundle for $99) when I actually should have booked it on I have never used the value bundle, the free domain booking since the day I bought the package and feel terrible about the waste of money. I’m still in the process of getting my website up and was told that I should book it now on and buy hosting space, etc. Would greatly appreciate it if you could refund the value bundle paid for earlier. If that is not possible at this time, I’d be grateful if you could allow me to use the money/credits for creating my porfolio. Please point me in the right direction. Thanks a bunch in advance.     How can I cancel and refund transactions from this list?

    Most of our upgrades are eligible for a 30-day refund period, and can be canceled and refunded directly from your dashboard. You can see all your active upgrades on the My Upgrades page, also under Store in your dashboard. From there you can cancel and refund eligible transactions, enable or disable automatic renewal, and perform other actions related to your upgrades.



    Hi I would like to cancel the upgrades that were charged to my account for this domain. I did not know that they were set to auto renew and do not need this domain or the upgrades.
