    You can’t get it :(
    From the official documentation:

    When a WordPress.com user signs up for an account we reserve the URL of their username. So if they signed up for the username of exampleuser we would reserve exampleuser.wordpress.com for them. There is nothing we can do to unreserve it and you will need to choose a different name.

    I’ve notified the Support Staff. They’ll be able to resolve this.

    When we register a username account the matching blog is reserved for our future use. It cannot be obtained by anyone other than the person who has registered the matching username account. Staff cannot reveal the email address used as that would be a violation of the privacy policy.

    If you own the username account then you can log out, clear your browser cache https://en.support.wordpress.com/browser-issues/#clearing-your-browser-cache and cookies https://en.support.wordpress.com/browser-issues/#clearing-wordpress-com-cookies and then log in as Admin under the correct matching username account and register the blog. http://en.support.wordpress.com/register-a-blog/ If you don’t own that username account then you cannot register the reserved blog.

    @mauryadeepak

    It looks like you registered and then deleted the username, mouryadeepak. When you created that username you also reserved the URL, mouryadeepak.wordpress.com. This means only that username would be able to register that address.

    As you deleted that username without registering that URL, there is now no way to register that URL, as it is reserved for a deleted username. You will need to pick a different address to register in this case.
