    Hi,

    I am looking for some CSS help with my blog. I have three questions:

    Is there a way via CSS to remove the Featured Image that appears on the very top (hugely) on individual posts?

    Can I use CSS to automatically use an image as the Featured Image of all posts so I don’t have to go back and add them to all my posts? This is because only the featured image shows up as a thumbnail on the main page of my blog.

    Is there a way to remove the author’s bio from the bottom of each post?

    Thanks in advance!

    Josh

    Hey Josh,

    Can you share a link to your website first, please? This way I’ll be able to tell you for sure if the changes you’re asking for can be done through some CSS or not.

    Hey,

    I can help you remove the featured image from the top of a single post (like here https://playgroundforme.wordpress.com/2019/04/18/is-this-the-first-post-from-my-website/) but the post title is over the image. If you want, I can help you hide the image and make the title and date black (so it can be visible).

    Regarding the featured images on the homepage, I’m afraid that you’ll have to add them for each post manually. Adding some images using some CSS would be too complicated so a good (and safe) solution is to add the featured images to each post, one by one. You will have to do this just one time.

    Last but not least, you can easily get rid of the author info from the bottom side of the post by using this CSS:

    .single .author-info {
    display: none;
    }
