Retro Fitted Theme
I am currently experimenting with changing my theme from Twenty Eleven to Retro Fitted. I went into the Custom Design and selected a colour for the Background. Unfortunately, the background coloured changed black. Is there a drop down menu in the Background colour that is supposed to show as “default” which is a beige colour? I am trying to click on the arrow by the Background colour box and nothing happens. It just remains on the current colour…..How do I change it back to default (that is, the beige colour)? Please advise.
The blog I need help with is specialspice.wordpress.com.

Normally one simply clicks “clear” on the color wheel. As you cannot click it seems you have a browser issue so clear your browser cache and cookies and if that doesn’t work then we need to know:
(1) how you are connecting to the internet and to WordPress.com. The way you connect to the internet (mobile, satellite, DSL, dial-up) and to your blog, and how many proxy server jumps etc. it takes to connect can cause problems. There maybe be problems with your ISP and/or with the proxy servers.
(2) exactly which browser and version of it are you using. If you don’t know click here to find out > http://whatsmyuseragent.com/
Thank you for your response Timethief. I thought that once you click the drop down arrow, it will return to default but unfortunately, that is not the case. I did not realise that you had to use the colour chart to return to the “default’ colour…………..
Good to know you figured this out. You’re welcome. :)
