RSS problem – urgent

i have a bit of an urgent problem,
i submitted my site to news now and was accepted.

one of the rules is though (well essential requirements) that i need an rss thing so they can get my headlines.

the problem i have is that my blog had a theme which had an rss feed thing built in, but then i changed the theme to a new one and it disappeared. (ie I chose a theme with no rss button)

AND I dont know how to set one up, and if I do, will it have the same settings and will they be able to pick up my headlines from it?

Does having an RSS feed mean my blog will also have a page which contains just the headlines (topic titles)?

Thanks, please help, no idea what to do.

The blog I need help with is

Are you using Firefox? If so you can click the RSS symbol in the address bar to get your feed url.
You should also have an rss widget that you can access from Control Panel that you can put in your sidebar.

    im on ie
i have seen the widget thing but dont know what to do with it or how to use it?

Drag and drop the ‘RSS Links’ widget to the ‘Sidebar 1 ‘ column.

What THEY need from you is just your RSS feed address. Without a link to your blog, we can’t even guess what that is, so give us the link to your blog, starting with http.
