Second request for support with problem
This has been an ongoing problem for a few months now and i have contacted support at least a few times but no one has responded or resolved it. Sometimes my Emails subscribers are receiving double emails simultaneously of the same post. I subscribe to my own blog as well so noticed it happened today on my post. It is really getting frustrating and my readers are complaining. Can someone please help me fix this? I’m not doing anything different on my end and it doesn’t happen with each post. Thanks!!!
Do you get the exactly same e-mail twice? or are they different from each other?
I’m not following your blog to see if I also encounter this issue.
The exact same post is emailed twice at the same time. This happened with my post today and yesterday. I entered another to let today. I really need to get this fixed as I’m driving my readers crazy and am not doing anything different.
Could you let me know the usernames or email addresses of one or two of your followers who have gotten duplicate notifications? This will help us narrow down exactly what is happening.

Sure! I subscribe to my own site at email: (email redacted). I am just about to publish a new post. Maybe you can subscribe quickly and I can publish it so you see for yourself. It isn’t every post but happens every couple or posts or sometimes two in a row.

I did indeed get duplicate posts! Thanks for letting me know. I’ve got this in front of our email devs and they are taking a look at it. As soon as I have some information from them I’ll let you know!

Is this now resolved? My post today only was emailed once but sometimes that happens too.
Our email folks have taken a look and have not seen anything which would be causing the double emails. I did get the notification of a post and for me it was just a single email as well, so that’s a good sign!
Let’s see if things continue to work correctly. If they start doubling up again, get back in touch (just reply here) and I’ll get my guys to look at it further.

I’m sorry to hear that you’re having trouble with this again! I am having our developers look into it to see what might be going on. I’ll let you know as soon as I get more information from them about it.
Hello: I published a post yesterday and only one email went and just published one now and duplicates went. Again this has been occurring for a few

Got a duplicate post again. Also saw it on yet another blogger “The World is a Book” had it. Must be something going on.
